Asian Youth Games

The Asian Youth Games, also known as AYG, is a multi-sport event held every four years among athletes from all over Asia. The Games have been organized by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). The Games are described as the second largest multi-sport event after the Asian Games.  

2nd Asian Youth Games - 2013 

The 2013 Asian Youth Games or, officially the 2nd Asian Youth Games and commonly as Nanjing 2013, were held in Nanjing, China from August 16–24, 2013. The 2013 Asian Youth Games saw 2404 athletes from the 45 countries across Asia. Athletes competed in 112 events from 16 sports. The Chef De Mission of the Games was Ahmed Munthaqim form Athletics Association of Maldives.
