Athlete365 Career+ Workshop Kicks Off in Malé
Athlete365 Career+ Workshop commenced on 13 December 2024 at 2:00 PM in Malé, Maldives, attracting a vibrant group of young athletes from diverse sports, including athletics, badminton, basketball, surfing, pool billiards, swimming, shooting, tennis, and table tennis.
This two-day workshop, organized in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), is designed to equip athletes with essential skills for navigating life beyond their competitive sports careers. The program is facilitated by Jovina Choo, a certified IOC Athlete365 Career+ educator with extensive experience in athlete development.
The workshop’s interactive approach encourages participants to share their experiences, network with peers, and gain insights from practical activities and real-world scenarios. The initiative reflects the Maldives Olympic Committee’s commitment to supporting athletes’ holistic development, ensuring they have the tools to succeed both on and off the field.
The second day of the program will continue with advanced sessions, further cementing the workshop as a milestone in empowering Maldivian athletes to build sustainable and rewarding futures.
