The Maldives Olympic Committee (MOC) has successfully delivered the Advanced Sports Management Course commenced in 2018. The participants of the course were awarded their Diploma at a small function that took place in MOC office yesterday. The program was officially concluded in the year 2020 with 6 participants completing the 1-year program.
The advanced sports management course, an educational initiative by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) through Olympic Solidarity and the MOC, is a professional diploma course in advanced sports management and is offered globally in member countries of the IOC.
The course designed for staff and volunteers of national federations and other bodies responsible for sport development were drawn from senior level in the management of their organisation, and those who have responsibility for managing projects in their organisation.
