Child Safeguarding Policy-meeting with parents of the athletes
The progressive workshops held to develop the Child Safeguarding Policy continued on Saturday, 16 April 2021. Yesterday’s workshop was targeted for the parents of the athletes.
Similar to previous workshops, the workshop focused on making the participants aware about the Child Safeguarding Policy and providing them with precise information about the Policy. The workshop also sought feedback from the parents, which will possibly be integrated in to the Policy when it is compiled.
The workshop was attended by parents representing athletes belonging to, Maldives Basketball Association, Swimming Association of Maldives, Table Tennis Association of Maldives and Carrom Association of Maldives.
