Maldives Concludes Participation at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games Riyadh 2025
The 6th Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh came to a memorable close with a vibrant Closing Ceremony, bringing together athletes and officials from across the Islamic world to celebrate the conclusion of this remarkable multi-sport event.
Team Maldives joined the festivities, marking the end of an important chapter filled with competition, cultural exchange, and invaluable experience on the international stage. The ceremony highlighted the themes of unity, friendship, and resilience, core values that have guided the Games since their inception.
Representing the Maldives at the Closing Ceremony were flag bearers Shaba from Athletics and Enash from Handball, who proudly carried the national flag as the delegation took part in the final parade.
Riyadh 2025 showcased exceptional talent and sportsmanship from participating nations, offering young athletes a platform to grow, learn, and represent their countries with pride.
